Absolutely perfect location and updated rooms, good wi-fi. I was offered a room with lovely views of garden. Staff were highly courteous and caring in case of questions. Excellent service offered in this hotel too.

The hotel was neat, and we loved a brilliant location. Location near the private beach. True 3-star experience, great service. It was well priced, compared to other beach club hotels.

The venue is fairly clean, with decent location not far from 3 beaches that were great for collecting seashells and the Cape. The HELPFUL staff makes this hotel a nice place to stay.

Location was spectacular and staff outstanding. Hotel was spotless. Universal property with impeccable service. Moreover, parking was on site. The beach was beautiful.

I stayed here for 1 night and loved my choice. Hotel was overlooking the inner courtyard, awesome experience. Beachside property in a great area of West Yarmouth. Staff was very responsive, gave advice about the city. Quick check-in❤

Booked it for 3 days and had a really comfortable experience. This hotel was reasonable base for exploring West Yarmouth, loved it. There also was safe parking and heated pool.

The place was fairly clean, our room was cozy. The breakfast was awesome and there was plenty of fantastic food. Excellant service during our stay too. There where good internet and convenient parking available. Perfect location to main street hyannis.

Located within a walk to Mill Pond, which is about 200 feet away. Perfect for trip. I liked the view from the room.
